Have they changed this conquests data disks?

I'm through sector 4 now and maybe it's just my RNG, but the choice of data disks has been incredibly limited. Seen no AA, TD, VA, Vanguard etc. Basically anything part of the usual strategies. ...

Knowing it is all rng doesn't make it any less frustrating seeing the same unwanted disks appear node after node while desired ones are nowhere to be seen.
