Have they changed this conquests data disks?

I'm through sector 4 now and maybe it's just my RNG, but the choice of data disks has been incredibly limited.

Seen no AA, TD, VA, Vanguard etc. Basically anything part of the usual strategies.

The only choices I have gotten are from ZA and health/protection recovery disks or flat stay increase disks
