I think that Rex's brother in arms shouldn't act like a unique, and sarge maybe a 50% chance to attack again since with Cody he will crit so much.

Also I think
Ewoks,
Nightsisters,
Tuskens,
Jawas
And factionless (uggy, CUP, etc.)

Need reworks first.
