Is it just me, or does the " help desk " always direct you to look at a forum rather than actually deal with the issue being put forth to them. Also why is it that you never get the same person replying back to you when in contact with the help ( or lack there of ) desk
I once had a reply to an issue I was having, I don’t recall what it was now. They asked for more information, which is reasonable. But then closed the query 60 seconds later as I hadn’t replied. At that point I began to suspect any help, in any matter, was not going to be forthcoming. I was proved right after several other incidents. I no longer reach out for help.
