As most of the recent posters have stated, speed is your friend with Boba. Speed is your friend with everyone, but he needs to go early. After that, he has a lousy base crit chance %, so that needs to be boosted, and his crit damage should also be high.
So, make sure your Arrow mod is the Speed primary and your triangle mod is the Crit Dmg primary. If you use him on a zVader team, then he doesn't need to be the fastest as TFP should go first and remove TM from all of the enemies. Right now, my Boba is at 226 speed, and he usually goes 2nd or 3rd in a battle (after TFP and maybe one of the enemy toons).
