Help with my nickname

[ Spoiler ]  Hello help with the problem I can't change the nickname in the game due to the fact that I set a small age, can you please change the nickname to lord_of_prices id 367 531 395

@xn5fk3lraqf2Here's a few ideas that may help you. 

  • You'll need to definitely change your age to do that
    - If a parent or guardian is the parent of your account, they may be able to alter things.
    - Might have to wait until your birthday to change your age.
    - Settings > go under my profile and click manage > In the customer portal, edit your basic information > verify your identity > Change your birthday to anything from 1980-2006.

Now to change your nickname

  • Settings > go under my profile and click manage >  In the customer portal, edit your basic information > verify your identity > Change your username now.

Extra help

  • For an easy verification process, you should select your own email or phone number so you can go in yourself, but ask a parent to help if you need theirs.
