Hera Syndulla Omicron..

I think it was Dash Rendar getting an ability in GAC.

That would be a great way to fix something that has been broken for some time. Which is why they won't do it. So far we've only seen abilities that affect PvP such as TW and now GAC. I'm not sure they would go to the effort for a once a month AB sadly...

Who is getting the GAC Omnicron ability? I heard about the new Boba getting a TW omnicron ability and I saw a list of characters that would be getting some. Is this info somewhere not here? Lol

It’s not known but seems like an obvious way to utilize useless characters that few have relic’d while simultaneous fixing a forgotten, unbeatable game mode. Ching ching $$

Probably something to do with her rez ability to counter Sidious. Automatically gives everyone on her team the buff at the start of battle and reapplies the buff to everyone if more than two characters die in an enemy’s turn. Infinite rez vs Sidious but still requiring high relics to clear. So much ching ching $$

I wouldn’t spend any resources that works only I. Assault battles …

But I don’t understand why this game mode specific omnicron, a toon/team is (or became) weak they are weak across all game modes. If we want them relevant again (unlikely omnicron will suddenly make them OP or Meta) they should be relevant to all game mode

I guess Hera's omi will allow u use your 6th phoenix in the squad.
Maybe it could work in the Assault, 'cause we may witness the chancellor have a hexa kill instead of penta.

That sounds like something that would be headache to code and would definitely break other things. I'm expecting something like the shared uniques persisting even after the characters that bring them die. Not to mention that AB specific omicron sounds like a nonsense to me.

Wouldn’t be any different from borrowing a friend’s character in the 6th spot when you do light/dark/mod/cantina battles. 6 character battles have been in the game since launch. However, that alone wouldn’t make Phoenix suddenly relevant.

Hera's Omicron could apply in all Events (instead of just Assault Battles) and ...

1. Summon a Chopper if no chopper is present, abilities scaled to Hera's GP (mods on your Chopper would not apply, all summoned Choppers would have scaled stats rather than customized ones),
2. If all 6 Phoenix are present, double the shared bonuses from Phoenix toons unique abilities.
3. Place an additional Resurrection buff on herself whenever she grants the Resurrection buff to another Phoenix toon.

Early in your career, you could Omicron Hera and get Thrawn and Palp easier and with less gear (and therefore earlier), later it would help throughout your efforts at Secrets & Shadows (not just for Tier3, though it would help there, but for newer players it would constantly help you do about a tier better than you're able to do currently.

On the merciless 4th encounter vs. Sidious, hopefully the double bonuses (which includes extra protection) would be enough to keep the toons alive, and doubling Kanan's counter chance with all of both Ezra's and Sabine's offense buffs might be enough to counter Sidious to death on his AoEs during Tier3, assuming r5+ Phoenix.
