As for your Mods above, that's about 0.01% of 0.1% who will ever possess such speed for Potency mods on that many toons, so that is certainly crazy for the extreme vast majority. :D

What I can say is that speed is not a critical factor here. My potency mods tend to have better speed yes, but the main thing which super speed cannot help you completely with is lining up TMR for the 7th hit.

I would say you need decent speed, Jyn > 250 speed, Teebo > 190 speed, TFP potency and CC/CD is more important than speed, Cassian has very high potency naturally he can have really average mods, Barriss needs to be fast but again super speed is not required.

Also, super potency is also not required if you can land tenacity down on GG and keep it there. You generally need 60+ potency for the adds.
