6 squads is a lot of investment for every member in a guild to have. Especially since they need to be G12 with good mods to be relevant in STR. I'd argue it's fair.
But still if you think about it... how many players currently have over 3mil GP? Some kissing 4mil as well, and half of the toons are useful already

If you have 4 million gp you can just run 20 squads and hit auto and you have done your share.
