I just posted in discord and the guild message to use phase specific teams. Didn't take ultra organization to get our progress check in. The wasted lost tickets for trying was annoying, but it did give us a good info and a nice break from the daily t6 grind.

My team is by far the best jtr runs in our guild. I did 7.5% in heroic. I was doing 6-7mil in t6 then. I hit high 8mil in t6 nowadays if I'm paying attention. Shrug my expectations are not for others to match me. Our guild is a guild of 'semi casual hardcore people who wing it' as such our results are not exactly unexpected. We'll get there eventually once the semi casuals catch up with the semi hardcores. And that's perfectly fine with us. We know what we are.

Yes, I could have jumped to an HSTR guild a long time ago but I love my guild and it will be so much more satisfying when we do it together. And we're very close now I think.

We do T6 in under two days and we fell short on our first heroic try. Unless you have a bunch of people not participating in T6 that do good damage, it sounds like you still have work to do.

Are you on discord? There is a dsr bot that will give you a readout of readiness. Also there is an hsr server with a lot of helpful resources. Gp doesn’t really mean anything, it’s if you all have the right squads.

Guild GP is not very relevant to the calculation anymore. Guild preparedness and organization is much more important. The number of RJT squads you have likely significantly impacts your T6 speed - but you don't need as many for heroic as in the past.

You should aim for:
Phase 1 - ~15-20 decent RJT squads.
Phase 2 - Hard to calculate: Everyone should have several viable squads. Examples include: Ackbar/Leia spam, Nute/Leia squad, Wampa team (GK or Fett lead), Jedi (GK or Bastila). A solid Revan team can now do 10-20% of phase 2 and drastically reduce your guild's requirements
Phase 3 - ~30 Chex Mix teams. If you have players who are consistent at the Talzin lead Nightsister "Death Storm" squad in phase 6, you can try to use them here, but it's very RNG dependent.
Phase 4 - ~5-10 decent zVentress Nightsister squads.

If completing tier 6 in 4 days, you are far from ready. Even if that was before the recent huge nerf to boss health on tier 6, you probably wouldn't be ready.

However, if you make an attempt on heroic you will know how far away (or close) you ate to being ready. That's always a good thing to do when preoaring
