This Era system is worse than any paywall propaganda you've tried on your players in the past. Absolute rubbish. And what's even crazier, you're now making your whales hate you more than usual.

I'm a fool that spent my crystals and bought the Episode Pass in trying to advance STL so he might be somewhat competent and gain extra shards, but now the Marquis is over you have walled that up so now I've go nowhere to go, not even able to win the lowest tier battle.

For once in your lives, can you please just REWARD your loyal fanbase with something fun. Something that keeps the engagement instead of making everything a chore, or unattainable even for people willing to spend what little they have.
