High level cantina area

I think high level players need a place to go and grind late game ktech and have late game content to keep the game going and exciting. It would be cool if there was a pirate cove cantina where high level players could go for their high level needs and to give them something new. Make it a 5mil gp minimum to enter and make everything really difficult with high rewards for late game characters and GL building.
