if you told us what the characters you are using with such poor results we might be able to give advice on getting a better score with them or avoid investing in them ourselves  

Lumanala, Kit Fitso, Im guna die, Shaak Ti, all relic 5. Last one is temple guard or deepa balba at G12. It shouldn't matter, however, as a level 1 raid, with no multplier, and no enemy bonus, shouldnt be hard for 4x relic 5 characters. At all. It should be a breeze.

first they add random freaking pirates to a revenge of the sith raid just to try and milk people for money, then they make it so relic 5 characters don't do anything.

Unless you have the clones, new mace and his exact team, or the pirates, you will do jack **bleep** and suck balls and thats just a fact. And its EAs greed and desire to milk this community thats behind it. Its **bleep**ing dispicable.

tl;dr: git gud

1. Put faster mods on your characters.

2. Learn the strategy (kill Fox first, use the event special, kill Appo, spread buffs to increase critical damage, keep track of stacks on LV).

3. There are multiple characters that can solo or underman the first tier for 300k. Tarkin can solo it. Nest can solo it. Sana and Hondo can duo. KBeq with any trash JV should be able to easily max score the low tiers as well given that KBeq with Jocasta and trash JV are max scoring on R7/8 tiers. 

But it's easier to complain, I guess.
