How about FIXING existing issues with Tank Raid

Aside from the nerf and change in animations that ate desperately needed, how about just fixing some of the many bugs for now... Top of my list; Tank enrages @ 0, like it should, instead of with 2 ful...

This^ after months of 'testing' then on release so few can even complete AAT raid. They gaslight us with an announcement about how it was tested for the wrong teams and no fixes for weeks and weeks.
