People can use different teams while attacking or on defence. For example in my shard people dont use rey to beat kylo because its a waste of time and tries. People use other combos or mirror match Rey which is lot of easier than to beat kylo. And when they are done, they put Rey back on defense. It also depends at whos payout are you taking that screenshot
I get my #1 payout every day using Kylo. And I drop to any rank between 2 and 20 while I am not active. People use Rey to beat me, not always as lead. She can be part of the squad under GAS or Padme. And some Rey lead squads with JKL are really difficult to beat. Sometimes I have to buy a refresh to climb to #1. Not because I am an idiot but because Rey is not trash.
