So what's the deal with conquest toons as far as usability? Of the numerous toons to unlock the only one I ever see get used is the sith lord (can't remember name). All the gl support toons like bane, ben and dark Rey are never seen in grand arena as far as I know and I think only commander ahsoka ever sees any competitive use in gl kenobi teams. Are these toons really that bad no one invests in them?

You left out Ugnaught. Stellar lifter for Lando and Lobot. His ultimate, Pull the Lever, needs an to be an omicron.
Neither CWC nor CUP are conquest toons
The only good conquest characters are Clone Wars Chewbacca and CUP(Corustant Underworld Pdominator). Only invest into them, rest garbage, ty
Just looking at the first three conquest characters:
Just those three have been in the game a long time, and arguably at least two of three are used all the time in GAC. As for the rest, I would say the three least used would be: Luthen, Scion Fett, and then maybe Trench. Of course two of those have TW omis and not GAC ones. Not really a bad record in the overall scheme of things.
I am flabbergasted. Flummoxed. Baffled. Conquest units are some of the best out there.

If you’re not seeing or using these units competitively it’s because you are almost so uncompetitive it hurts.
Of course you never see Bane. He’s designed to be used as a 2 man team so you’ll never ever see him on defence. Ben Solo and Dark Rey are phenomenal and indispensable members of Rey and SLKR teams.
