It doesn't but cg is releasing and updating stuff i honestly have no clue what cg is doing. It seems they are throwing things into chaos so we don't know where the meta is so we spend frivolously trying to keep up. Because a cadence is making to many ftp players successful at unlocking powerful characters. (This is my opinion and is solely based kn what i am seeing in game). It's the only thing i can think of as to what's happening because none of this makes any sense. And cg just can't communicate with us fast enough. For whatever reason.
