DId you launch the raid prior to Wednesday's update? If so,the reason your rewards are lower than what is displayed now is that the new rewards changes came into effect Wednesday afternoon Pacific time..

Your guild launched the raid too soon.

if you’ve already received rewards, you started the raid before the changes went into effect. Those are the old, crappy ones. Next raid will be better at least.
