How do I sign out of Facebook?
Title says it all, I accidently clinked and signed into Facebook while reading about it. Is there no way to sign out?

You most likely can do it on the Facebook side. Find the connected apps section in your settings/privacy (or whatever they're calling it today) and disconnect the game there
