Seems like OP is getting harassed more the “mafia” is harassing the other player. Based on what OP said this guy is deliberately waiting until 5 min before someone else’s PO when his payout isn’t for another hour. If the other player was just constantly attacking always trying to be at 1 for bragging rights then that would be a different case entirely. As it is, this player is intentionally sniping when it has no benefit for himself, which I think counts as harassment, or an interference of enjoyment.
Except he does what the game tells him to do, nowhere is stated that you cannot attack someone when its his time for a third party agreed upon payout.... Who says he doesn't want to be nr 1 all the time? I mean, i don't mind groups that uses discord for agreed payouts, but its no obligation to join.... its annoying but the guy is NOT doing anything to harass simply by playing the game
