Shard chats aren't against TOS. But funny you quote that section, so a shard chat knocking him down is harassment, but 1 person screwing up 20+ people's payouts when there's no benefit to them isn't? If someone had posted on here that it was their right to be at 2nd all day except for 1st at their payout and complained about being hit they would be rightly criticized for it. But somehow the opposite isn't okay?

What are you talking about? the shard group organizes a mass attack on the guy, OP even went so far as contacting the guys GL to make him stop.... Meanwhile the guy is battling everyone that takes (what he thinks is) his place. The fact he wants to be 1st all day is his choice. Nothing wrong with that, If he decides to use crystals to achieve that goal you really think cg will care? They encourage crystal use! It might interfere with the shard group enjoyment because its inconvenient to them, but i bet you would enjoy the game a whole lot less when you are constantly attacked out of top 20 because you didn't join a group OUTSIDE of the game
I never said shard groups are a no no, but leave people alone who don't wanna join.
It's not that he didn't want to join the shard group. That's okay, we have some people who didn't join in mine and seem to have a feel for when peoples payouts are and play nice.
But again, answer me why is it okay for ONE person to ruin the enjoyment of the game for 20+ people by constantly battling and ruining their payouts when there is no crystal benefit for themselves? By your logic if ONE person in each shard declares that they want 1st all day that's okay and all the thousands of other people in a shard just can't do anything ever?
You can only battle 1 person at a time, and that person has to be in FRONT of you.... So If he decides to attack that ONE person in front of him, cuz he can only attack that ONE person, that is what the game is telling you to do in a pvp scenario. Is it logical, no. Is it polite, no. Is it kinda stupid, yes. But again he is only doing what the game is telling him to do, attack people in front of you until you reach nr1. Thats pvp. I DON'T LIKE IT EITHER! But if you decide to orchestrate a mass attack of 20 people vs one, without the guy knowing, cuz he is not in the group, thats unfair and i believe it to be more harmfull towards that one person then him attacking others, even if it isn't his payout.

c'mon guy, seriously.... just no.... If one guy declares he's gonna be nr.1 you just say sure buddy, but you gonna earn that spot by fighting. I never agreed with the guy point of view, i just said you can't do anything about it... and you shouldn't gang up on him,
