How do you even use a stim pack to recover stamina?

Question

I've never had to use one, but I'm 9 points away from red crate b/c I haven't played conquest at all the last 2 days. I know, but I have a life.

So I'm trying to recover stamina and ... it's just not working. I know i have stimpacks because I bought a couple in the beginning just in case, and then when I couldn't find them now, I just bought 2 more.

What's up with this? How do you even use these? They're nowhere to be found in consumables or otherwise.

Thank you. It doesn't look like you can do anything with this at all except stim packs. This is TERRIBLE UI design. But whatevs.

You consider that a flex? Weird, but ok.

When you select your team, you can hit the plus sign next to their stamina to apply stim packs.
