How do you grind gear?

Would be even more helpful to compare the same gear in different stores.

I buy stun guns. Farm Kyros.

Painfully.

I have all 181 characters at G13 so don't need to farm anything except relics signal data (I wish!)

This is the only way you will make real progress long term. Once you start to make progress without paying they will throttle existing ways to get important gear, and introduce new hard to get gear.

Get used to it.

Really depends on your desire to win. If you don't care about winning, you use energy and occasionally crystals when CG screws something up and gives you some as compensation. Otherwise, pull out your wallet and enjoy the addiction.

depends. if it's low gear, 2 at a time should get you one, but if you need a lot then doing 3 can yield 2 or more. If it's higher gear 2 is fine, but three can be more reliable, but also more upsetting if you get 0. if it's a 5-limit then 5 at a time seems to be best (like a hard node for ex). cantina 2-3 like above is best. obviously never sim more than 3 at a time except the 5's mentioned above, and mod slicing/relic mats which should be done at max. at least for me this works best. hope that helps!

I usually use an electric sander, but sometimes for detail work using a bit of elbow grease is better.
