How fast should the Shard Shop exclusive unlock?

As the title reads. How fast do you feel the shard shop exclusive character should unlock at? Also, wanted people to be able to see how long, or at least, realize how long 7 stars could theoretically ...

I wonder if it is a safe assumption that the character will be faster to farm, but not necessarily at a better conversion rate. Then again, 3300 shards for a toon is a bit steep.

What if CG implemented a refresh for the exclusive toon that takes shard shop currency and increases in price each time.
