I hope I have more than most people lol but maybe not. There should be a reward for people once they hit 1 billion.

It’s a numbers game. The more mods you buy / level / slice, the better mods you will end up with.
I know I can buy and level Mods for Credits. Slicing involves non-credit resources, unfortunately.
