How on earth do you do the bonus tier for the Finalizer?

I've been trying to complete the bonus tier for the Finalizer event, but no matter what I try I can't complete it. I got the Finalizer lsb but even with those relic 5 ships I can't seem to get more than halfway through. Are there any tips on how to get this thing done?

There are probably some guides out there. The kill order is important, as well as trying to ability block Anakin or Y-Wing at the right time, etc.
Make sure you have 6-dot mods on your pilots.
