How to destroy enemy Biggs ship

Hello I've been up against a few Biggs ships, some i total within 2 rounds and then can pound the rest of the enemy ships, and others just seem to have so much luck on their side that it's unbalanc...

He's bugged. Hope and pray he doesn't gain 100% protection when your ship gets target locked. I target lock him asap and let my FOTP keep using his strafe on him. Hope you take him out before he recovers all that protection.
