How to fix tournaments.

1. Defence team is locked and can't be used for offence.
2. Points won from beating a team are removed from losing team. Prevents guilds and other players from setting up weak defence and farming off each other to stay ahead in ranking.
3. Use tier prizes instead of 1st, 2nd, 3rd, ect. or spread prizes out. 1st gets best prize. 2-5 gets next prize. 6-25 and so on.
