Not entirely true, there's buff immunity, plague (preventing cleanse), and now IPD's target lock.
agreed, but there are very few that can't be cleansed, even target lock can be cleansed as far as i know. One of my posts appears to be under review, but I love IPD, but it can be cleansed so its good not great.

My thought for Vader (and some of this is stolen from a post that I cannot find right now) was a new debuff called Fear/Intimidated/etc. It is a one or two turn non resistable, non cleansable, buff immunity. It applies on primary target of any attack and is applied before damage is done. At the end of every Vader attack, any enemy affected by Intimidation loses 10% turn meter.
there is nothing worse than putting ability block or buff immunity to have the next toon on there side cleanse everything.
