Not entirely true, there's buff immunity, plague (preventing cleanse), and now IPD's target lock.
agreed, but there are very few that can't be cleansed, even target lock can be cleansed as far as i know. One of my posts appears to be under review, but I love IPD, but it can be cleansed so its good not great.
Yeah, though I imagine that depending on the team, it could shut them down pretty well for a while before the cleanse arrives (especially if you can combine it with ability block). It will be something like a year before I get a chance to play with it so I can't speak with any authority!
