How to level the playing field between LS and DS

I don't think the difference is as great as people are talking about, mostly at top end of arena do we see the biggest differences, but just some thoughts on what we could do to make it more even. ...

It is usually overlooked, but RG and EP do have some synergy. Whenever an ally loses health, RG gains TM and health. EP has a special which removes 5% health from both enemy and ally toons to heal himself. This results that RG gains those bonuses 3 times. Not that great synergy, but it exsists ( EP also has synegy with Biggs for the same reason, Biggs gains 100% TM and evasion up whenever an Empire damages him, even if it is a friendly.)
