How To MOD Tie Fighter Pilot Video 6 mins long includes footage

Here's a question I'm torn on. Should speed or damage be the priority for this character? I don't have a good crit damage set of mods to put on him, but I do have speed with speed secondaries or offense. The others would either be 2x or potency. I do not have EP. My plan is to use him in this team:

88 (L), Lando, TFP, B2, STH

My initial thought is speed is more important so that I can apply more debuffs, but 2x is key for 88's leader ability.
