I think Windu had a Vaapad advantage on Sidious but Yoda did not have that advantage which explains why it was a stalemate between Yoda and and Sidious even though it is said that Yoda is the greatest Jedi warrior and even though it looked like Mace had Sidious on the ropes. I would say Obi Wan is stronger than Anakin BECAUSE Anakin is arrogant. For Jedis, being calm, wise, humble and thoughtful is a weaponby itself. Anakin was lacking in that department, which was Obi Wan strongest point.
