HR Soldier Farming

Anyone else think he should be moved into a store? I'm thinking GW or Arena since HR Scout is already in Cantina. Just thinking since he will be a requirement to get ROLO maybe he should be slightl...

This..why even up it to 5xs,I has more success getting 1 shard when it was 3,now I burn more energy and haven't gotten a shard in 3 days,I'm 8 away from unlocking him too.

Weird. It's almost like the random number generator is generating numbers at random.
