Question

I know a lot of people here are complaining about this, and today was the first day I actually saw it...

The price here is 109.99€,and the exchange rate as of today, Dec 11 2019 is:

That is a lot of money... Especially for a new player to pay for a game that he/she downloaded to see what it's all about.
Granted people are free to spend their money on what they want, but that price tag seems more like gouging. Even if I could spend money here, I wouldn't drop what amounts to a week's worth of groceries for something that I can earn by playing and learning and having fun.

Just my opinion...

There are others packs at the same price that have a far inferior crystal conversion rate when it comes to what gear/shards are included. Surprise, they are still being bought like candy.

Frankly, I don't think it matters to anyone what comparison you bring up to show the expensiveness of the pack from your perspective. Those who agree with you, won't buy it anyway and most of those who already bought it likely don't worry about next week's groceries, but probably not even next year's.

Its not cheap,  but in comparison to what they typically offer,  its easily one of the best deals they've ever made available to us.  I do agree that it is likely priced a little too high to attract new players,  but then again,  with the movie coming out soon,  I could be wrong.  That being said,  I think its a great deal for newer players and saves a lot of time toward unlocking a number of legendary characters for those who don't enjoy the grind.
