I am once again asking the devs to stop pushing updates on GA attack days

Seriously. Please stop immediately. It’s bad enough you don’t test your stuff before rolling it out. Can we just start assuming the rollout is going to be broken and do them during defense phases?

back when i was still playing they fixed the issue where ongoing battles during update pushes were saved and registered

I feel like this issue is a super rare occurrence because i haven't seen the update during GAC complaint in years

terrible to hear you were affected but it sounds like a once in a blue moon type of thing if that's any solace

I think the last update they had to push 2 or 3 hot fixes to get game to load, so probably broke that part. Just a guess.

They could very easily schedule such things on signup/defensive placement days.

Nope, anything wrong is obviously always the players’ faults. CG couldn’t possibly do anything better than they are currently. /s

Stop rushing in and doing your battles....

    Some people just don't learn

You do realize not everyone can play at all times right?

They sent out an update notification, not sure what else we can expect them to do?

They decided that updates would be on every other Wednesdays I believe this was because the players complained they didn't when updates where happening.
Only real way, I think, to not have it on a ga attack phase is to move ga join date to be Tuesday/Wednesday. Sometimes the updates are late and if always scheduled for the defense ga day it could still happen during attack phase of it is late.
Other option is to going to an unknown update schedule.

Would it stop you from moving the goalposts?

    And that would stop complaints?

Funny how quickly they stop talking when you point stuff out like that.

You don't play the game yet feel you have the authority on how people should feel when CG screws up?
How are your supposed to do your job (which is to help people who are playing the game and moderate inappropriate comments) when you don't play?
The fact this issue has happened once already is unacceptable, don't pretend otherwise. A player gaining a clear and obvious advantage because of an update is anti player and anti competitive
