I can't buy anything in the webstore?

In november or December, i bought the GAS LSB from the webstore.

Then at somepoint in January something happened which caused me not to be able to buy ANYTHING with money from the store, other than with crystals.

Why is this happening? I've spent money in the store in the past and now I can't.
