I haven't received crystals for "25% Chest of crystals" and I don't see details of my case..

I have bought 25% Chest of crystal via App Store, my funds have been taken from my account, yet I haven't received crystals.

I have created a case (https://help.ea.com/en/my-cases) regarding the issue. The case is labeled with "waiting on player" but I cannot see anything inside. I have created a second case when I have explained that I don't see anything in the previous one, and they marked it as duplicated.

What should I do? Contact Apple support?
  • Try going to the settings button in game and click on restore purchases, that might do the trick

    Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately nothing have happened yet (unless its asynchronous and takes some time)
  • Not sure then unfortunately bud. Short of doing what you’ve already done I don’t know what else you could do. I’d imagine someone else will probably have a better idea though so hopefully you get another answer

    No worries. I guess the fastest approach will be to contact Apple support tomorrow for refund as I haven't received content that I have paid for.

    Like I have stated in the first post I have created a case with a bug (I guess I ended up on the same page that this button is redirecting to). My case is labeled "waiting on player" (so I guess it's me?) but when I enter the case its blank (i can only add attachments..). I haven't received any email regarding my case except the one about creation.

    I was able to contact EA via facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/EAHelpHub/). I'm posting it just in case someone in the future will stumble upon this post.
