I joined gac but....

What’s going on with grand arena. I pushed join yesterday. I went set defenses and it’s telling me there is no event. What’s going on? The game mode isn’t fun anyway but I miss out on rewards

It's a bug.
It happened to me this time. I came on Live chat, they told me that this is a known issue and there will be a fix before the def phase is over. Nothing happened, not even some apologizing email.
This has ruined my whole GAC + all the lost rewards from the current GA, currencies, feats, etc.

That sounds like nonsense from a CS person with no idea what he was talking about, which is extremely common.

Happened to me too... I didn't bother reporting. I was stiffed some g12 finisher gear and got no response from that. Why bother, they don't do anything about it?
