Your OP sounded like you were intentionally waiting until the last min to join. So i assumed you gambled and lost and were a bit unhappy with the outcome.
To be fair, can't expect to have a serious chance in a 24h tournament when you only join in the last min.

No, I knew I'd be behind for sure but was not expecting a shard that was formed at the start. Turns out I'm in same shard as guildy & he joined at the start. I just wanna know how these are formed... are they preset, as it seems they are, or is it some other system?
