I want my Zeta back

What’s the problem? Well, for the Andor era, I boosted all units to Era Level 125. All the characters were supposed to get Zeta abilities, but the Security Droid didn't get one. You might ask why I didn't contact Support—I did, more than once, but every time I just got redirected somewhere else, like here. I want the materials for the Zeta upgrade and at least some compensation; the whole situation is a nightmare. And by the way, the matchmaking in Grand Arena is a disaster. The screenshots show them simply sending me here and ending the chat. As for Weekend League—I hate you, EA, for not counting a match I won, and I hate my ISP too. I’d appreciate words of support, hate, help... or anything else. All the best.
