He should have a higher counterattack rate, higher offense down rate on basic, and his buffs if not attacked should be, in order, offense up, then taunt. And some way to gain turn meter via allies, maybe only droids. The idea behind him is solid, but speed up for the slowest character in the game doesn't really help that much, and he's not a threat.
