Im confused who is better Tie fighter pilot or Pilot tie fighter first order?

tie fighter pilot. Faster and better abilities.

TFP.

FOTP - 45% chance to attack again on basic | gains advantage | does double damage with advantage |


TFP in my opinion is 100% better.

First Order Pilot had the third strongest attack in the game. That's about it for him.

For Squad Arena, TFP. For Fleet Arena, FOTP.

I have both at G11. TFP all the way.

FOTP is only good if you somehow want to have a First Order squad (which in itself is a bad squad).

Other than that he is a useless single hit DPS, useless since 1) AOE DPS is better, 2) there are many better single hit DPS out there.

Tie Fighter Pilot is not an amazing character, but amazing in the context of an Empire squad.

TFP is definitely better but he also has his weaknesses - towards the end of the battle when there are less toons (or if they have not been debuffed) then he won't score that high for damage (8-12k on a crit typically). But his debuffs are incredibly useful given his high speed.

FOTP is a solid DPS who at g11 will hit 20k crit on his basic (total for a double tap) or about the same with a single hit with his special. With a phasma lead FOTP is even better and the pair make a useful core of a b team for the raid or tournament. But he doesn't do anything else.

How is TFP not an amazing character? Buff Block and Ability block every 3 turns, Tenacity down on basic. If all enemies are debuffed TFP hits for 20-22k. Insanely high speed base. Sure he is waaaaay better on an EMpire Squad... but he is very valuable for the debuffs as well.
