Im sure this has been mentioned before, but how will new dark side ships have pilots?

The rebels have tons of named characters that can all fly, we have x-wings belonging to biggs, wedge, RP, and Poe. We can give a Y-wing to Rebel pilot when he comes out, or an A wing, or B wing. yea...

I in the clone wars episode where sidious beats maul and savage he flys in one of the earlier versions of imperial shuttles to get there.
