Im sure this has been mentioned before, but how will new dark side ships have pilots?

The rebels have tons of named characters that can all fly, we have x-wings belonging to biggs, wedge, RP, and Poe. We can give a Y-wing to Rebel pilot when he comes out, or an A wing, or B wing. yea...

Have you seen the requirements to get Cassian's U-wing? You need Cassian, K-2S0, AND Jyn Erso.
