Im sure this has been mentioned before, but how will new dark side ships have pilots?

The rebels have tons of named characters that can all fly, we have x-wings belonging to biggs, wedge, RP, and Poe. We can give a Y-wing to Rebel pilot when he comes out, or an A wing, or B wing. yea...

TIE Bomber - Magma Trooper/Tie Pilot?
Tie Interceptor - Royal Guard/ Tie Pilot?
imperial shuttle - EP/General Veers?
Porax-38 starfighter - IG100 Magnaguard
Kylo Ren's Command Shuttle - Kylo Ren
Tie Striker - Death Trooper/Tie Pilot?
Vulture Droid - B2 (i know it's AI controlled)
Clone Wars Slave 1 - Jango Fett
Delta-class T-3c Shuttle - Krennic

Thats my take, I know magma trooper etc didnt fly but thats the closest match imo to who would fly them if not the tie pilot, I think they should make the tie pilot be a multiple crew member but maybe make it so only one ship can be used at a time.
