Imperial Officer has +30% Critical Chance and +20% Critical Damage, and the allied leader gains half of the Critical Chance/Critical Damage bonus. Whenever the allied leader uses an ability, Imperial Officer has a 50% chance to assist (chance is doubled if the allied leader is Empire).

In Imperial Officer's Unique, the assist is limited to once per turn, and only triggers during the allied leader's turn. For Imperial Officer’s Zeta, it removes 5% TM from the target for each debuffed enemy. So, if all enemies are debuffed, 25% TM would be removed.
