Since the frequency of territory battles has been declining as of late, is there any way we could get a secondary way to farm IPD and ROLO? My guild just got enough members to decently farm IPD, and ...

Put rolo and ipd in the GE2 store, and problem solved. Players belonging to guilds that switch to geotb that for whatever reason don't have them 7* can still farm them, with a periodic boost from GB1.
As for the shard currency once you've 7*d them, it looks like they're already trying to ween us off that with the 2-1 shards per win reduction.
