This is pretty deceiving. We had a couple days last time with 0/6 and day 5 was all 2/6 (for a 175M guild, btw), and day 6 was absolutely brutal. Lots of full synergized g12 teams not completing the missions.
Even though we all KNOW this is going to happen, it doesn't change the fact that it's super un-fun and it's probably the worst thing CG has ever done to this game. But it's cool, because we all know they don't care.

It is 100% true, it will take time (unless you want to $$) just like everything else in this game.
I didnt care for the change when they made it, but it is what it is. Develop past it, just like all the other currently difficult content.
There are teams out there that can go 5/6 easy without platoons, you also don't have to go 6/6 yo win TB. Just develop a roster naturally over time to make up for the missed points in GP.
