I'm happy they're finally allowing us to SIM some of these events. Some of the rewards may not be great for me being that I've been playing since launch, but newer players might still find a benefit. I would say I would agree with you on the "update rewards", but would suggest they add another tier or two for those new rewards rather than take away rewards or provide exceptional rewards for newer players.

I also agree with Persimius - if the reward isn't worth it just don't click it. I'm going to continue going after those rewards that are "hardly worth tapping the sim button" because I have hope that someday they will allow me to exchange gear for other gear.
